kitchenGPT.io provides a service that allows customers to revamp their kitchen by uploading a picture of their kitchen and using AI to generate a revamped image of the kitchen. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
3. User Content
When you upload images to kitchenGPT.io, you retain all rights to your content. We guarantee that we do not use your images for any purpose other than to provide you with the AI-generated kitchen revamp service. Once the AI has processed your image, we automatically delete the uploaded image from our servers within a defined timeframe, which ensures that your content is not stored long-term, nor is it provided to any third party. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of your personal content and ensure that it is used strictly for the purpose of delivering the service you have requested from us.
4. Intellectual Property
The AI-generated images created by kitchenGPT.io from your uploaded content are your property. Upon creation, you hold full rights to these images and are free to use them for any purpose, whether commercial, non-commercial, or otherwise, without any restrictions from us. kitchenGPT.io claims no ownership rights over these AI-generated images and will not use them for any purpose without your consent. We are committed to ensuring that your intellectual property rights are respected and upheld throughout your use of our services.
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access to the API provided, we do not offer refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
kitchenGPT.io and its licensors make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any content.
7. Limitation of Liability
Neither kitchenGPT.io nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the service will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure or the cost of substitute services arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not kitchenGPT.io or any other party has been informed of the possibility of such damage, even if a limited remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
